How to take body measurements
- Chest: measure around the widest part of the chest, with a bra, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.
- Waist: measure the narrowest area, a few centimeters above the navel, between the last rib and the hip bone.
- Hip: measure around the widest part of the hip and buttocks, keeping the tape horizontal.
