General size charts for tops (T-shirts, shirts, sweatshirts, and knitwear ) and a basic conversion for trousers/jeans. Measurements in centimeters, taken on the body.
How to measure
- Chest : circumference at the level of the pectoral muscles.
- Waist : circumference at the level of the navel (natural).
- Hip/Seat : widest part of the hip and buttocks.
- Shoulder to shoulder : from end to end along the back.
- Sleeve length : from shoulder to wrist.
- Neck : contour to the base of the neck.

Jeans and trousers
Jeans and many other pants are sized in inches (W/L). To choose your size:
- W (waist) : Compare your waist (in cm) to the table above to estimate the equivalent inch.
- L (length) : Measures from the crotch to the ankle (typical value between 30–34").
Garment fitting tips
- Cardigans/Sweaters : If you're between sizes and want to wear it over a shirt or thick t-shirt, choose the larger size. For a more fitted look, choose the smaller size.
- Shirts/T-shirts : Use the chest as the main reference; check "shoulder to shoulder" to ensure correct drape.
- Trousers : prioritize waist; length can be adjusted with hemming.
