- Canary Islands: free standard shipping. Order preparation: 3–7 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch: 3–12 business days.
- Tenerife: 2-hour delivery for €9.99 when available for the postcode and order time. All products must be available and prepared in one store.
- Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands · home delivery: €3.95 for orders under €49 and free from €49. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–12 business days after dispatch. Express costs €16.95 and is estimated at 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Taxes, duties and destination charges
DAP shipping: where import formalities apply, the order and shipping price does not include import VAT or taxes, customs duties, clearance fees or handling charges. If incurred, these are paid by the recipient to the carrier or relevant authority. This can also occur for direct shipments from the Canary Islands to European Union territories, including Malta and Cyprus.
Tracking
For consolidated European orders, the first tracking number may cover the internal route to Madrid and can take several days to show movement. Final-delivery tracking updates after dispatch from Madrid. This does not apply to Spain or destinations shipped directly from the Canary Islands.
Books and magazines
Orders containing only books and magazines use a separate postal profile: €9.90 for Spain and Europe and €19.90 for other enabled destinations. Mixed orders use the general rates shown at checkout.

Is shipping free?
It depends on the destination and order value: from €49 in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands; €69, €180 or €250 in consolidated Europe; €180 in the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland; €220 in additional Europe; €250 in the Americas; and €300 in Africa, Asia and Oceania. Standard shipping is free in the Canary Islands. Greece, Malta and Cyprus do not have free shipping.
Could I be charged taxes or fees when I receive the order?
Yes, when the shipment requires import formalities. With DAP shipping these amounts are not included and are paid by the recipient if required by the carrier or authority.
Problems
Check that your address and phone number are correct before completing your purchase. If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, repeated absence, unpaid destination charges or refusal, the actual outbound and return transport costs may be deducted from the refund.
