How to take your measurements

Chest: Measure the circumference around the widest part of the chest, keeping the measuring tape horizontal.
Hips: measure the circumference at the widest part of the hips and buttocks.
Sleeve: Measure from the base of the neck, over the shoulder, to the wrist with the arm slightly flexed.
Waist: measure the circumference just above the hip, where you usually wear your pants.
Leg length (inside): Measure from the crotch to the floor along the inside of the leg.
Hand length: from the base of the palm to the tip of the middle finger.
Head circumference: Measure around the head, at the level of the forehead.
Foot length: Measure from the heel to the tip of the longest toe with the foot flat on the ground.

If you are unsure between two sizes, for urban use in mild climates (such as in much of Spain and the Canary Islands) it is usually more comfortable to choose the larger size, especially in garments with padding or for wearing layers underneath.

This results in complete protection from wind and rain, keeping you dry without overheating or feeling sweaty. It's ideal for trekking in variable weather conditions. Features include a fixed, adjustable hood, elastic cuffs, a drawcord hem for added insulation, and two zippered hand pockets. The chin guard is made from a soft, brushed fabric, designed to prevent the zipper from chafing or irritating your skin.
