A low-profile trainer that borrows its lines from motorsport.
The GT is a unisex VEJA trainer with an upturned toe, elongated panels and a serrated sole. We carry it in two versions, Suede and Nolyn, and in four colourways.
01 · The model
Racetrack lines
The GT takes its cue from motorsport. The toe lifts slightly, the side panels stretch backwards and everything flows into a serrated sole. The result is a low, dynamic silhouette, quite different from a classic tennis shoe.
All four references share the same construction: suede and Organic Traced (O.T.) leather panels, a recycled-polyester lining, organic-cotton laces and a sole made with Amazonian rubber. They are made in Brazil. VEJA is a French brand based in Paris, founded in 2004 by Sébastien Kopp and François-Ghislain Morillion.
02 · Suede or Nolyn
One silhouette, two materials
What changes from one version to the other is the upper, the part that covers the top of the foot.

Amarante / Butter sets the base against Butter details and a light V. Pepper / Sari plays with intense reds and pinks.

04 · How to wear it
Low and easy to pair
Its low profile works with straight jeans, wide trousers or a midi skirt. Taupe / Pierre suits a soft, tonal outfit; Pepper / Sari wants a neutral backdrop so the colour can stand out.
Cognac / Black sits well with browns and dark denim, while Amarante / Butter adds colour without asking for anything loud elsewhere in the outfit.

Are the GT Suede and GT Nolyn the same model?
Yes. They share the silhouette, sole and construction; the upper material and colour are what change.

Can I use the GT for trail running?
That is not what it is built for. It is an everyday trainer; for trails, VEJA makes the Harpie Trail.
