YEYE WELLER SS2020

The artist capsule that accompanies us each season is made by   Yeye Weller   (Munster, Germany). His style is characterized by his touch of humor, bright color combinations and a clean and pure graphic design. Her funny / weird characters are an essential part of her amazing universe.

This spring-summer we present our first collaboration with the artist with many new features, always with that touch of humor, and offering us a new perspective with his designs.

His cartoonish style of colorful illustration represents a range of characters - some humans, others animals, and others numerical, but what they all have in common is a vibrant, almost garish color palette that ensures they will grab viewers' attention. He does this with an innate talent for selecting the right colors, for creating the most sympathetic characters with human characteristics, and for generating the most harmonious compositions within a sort of comic strip. If you add to all that a vintage touch that comes from a clear influence of the cartoons of the 20s and 30s, the result is even more incredible.
