The BIRKENSTOCK Boston model is a true classic that can be worn without problem all year round. Upper material: Suede
Suede is a “rough leather” with a sanded and scraped surface. Suede has a soft and velvety surface that provides a very pleasant sensation in contact with the skin. In addition, it has a great capacity for moisture absorption. Natural suede is softer and more flexible than smooth leather and does not have the same stability. Furthermore, its stability changes depending on each person's skin. This is not a material or manufacturing defect.
