- Chest: encircles the widest part of the bust, with the tape parallel to the floor.
- Waist: Measure the narrowest part of your torso, without squeezing.
- Hips: surrounds the widest point of the hip/buttock.
In woven fabrics, prioritize comfort at the waist and hips; in jersey/knitted fabrics , the ranges allow for more play due to the elasticity.
