A true classic crafted in the English city of Leicester, the M12 polo shirt hasn't changed at all since Fred Perry first designed it in the 1950s. Legend has it that a Lillywhites customer asked to customize a Fred Perry polo shirt with the colors of your football team. Fred then decided to subtly add the team colors to the collar and cuffs. And that's how the M12 was born. The first to feature our signature 5-4-4 twin-stripe trim, this new model took the brand from sportswear to streetwear. Featuring Fred's iconic slim fit, with lines that are slightly boxier than the M3600, this model is the result of a meticulous tailoring in which each polo shirt is knitted, dyed, cut, embroidered and finished by hand in the town Leicester English.
