YERSE was born in Sabadell in 1964 as a family business and is one of Spain's benchmark knitwear labels. At ECRU we carry its autumn-winter 2026/27 collection: jumpers and a cardigan, corduroy and knit trousers, shirts, trench coats and gilets.

01 · The brand
Sabadell, 1964, and knitwear
YERSE began in Sabadell in 1964 as a family business founded by Lluís Generó, and knitwear has been its hallmark ever since. Sixty years on it is still a family brand, with Mariona Generó as creative director, and in 2024 it opened its first flagship store in Barcelona, on Rambla de Catalunya.
This autumn-winter, knitwear is still at the centre: fine-knit jumpers in organic cotton or in wool and cashmere, chunky knits with wool or alpaca, argyle and stripes, and an RWS wool cardigan with a detachable scarf. Around them, wide corduroy and knit trousers, cotton shirts and short trench coats, in a palette of chocolate, camel, red, navy and ecru.

The knitwear
The Clara jumpers in organic cotton with an embroidered logo, the Nora in wool and cashmere —with a polo collar and stripes or with a V-neck and argyle—, the chunky Nina with three-quarter sleeves, the argyle Diamond and the Daff cardigan with a detachable scarf.

The trousers
The Dobra, in knit corduroy with a high rise and wide leg, in camel, khaki and brown; the Maia and the Jane, with elastic waists; the marled Sienna, the pinstriped Zora and the Virginia, with a flannel look.

The shirts
The Chantal, in cotton, mixes plain jersey and poplin at the collar and cuffs; it also comes with a detachable scarf and as a polo. The Pop shirt, in red poplin, has a matching skirt.

The outerwear
The short Kensington trench coat, in cotton with a check lining, in chocolate and beige; the Jane jacket, the Bambi leather bomber, the Suede blazer with a suede finish and the Rosi and Tramuntana gilets.

04 · How to wear it
Layered knits and wide legs
Much of the collection is designed for layering: the Nora Polo over a Chantal shirt, the Rosi gilet over an O-Line T-shirt or a fine jumper, and the Kensington trench coat, 70 cm long, over everything. With wide-leg Dobra or Maia trousers, the silhouette stays relaxed without losing shape.
For days of light rain, the Tramuntana gilet has a water-repellent finish. And anyone looking for a matching set will find it in several pieces: the Pop shirt and skirt, or the Jane jacket and trousers, in knit with a denim look.
