The BIRKENSTOCK London model is a variation based on the classic Boston. The raised heel area characterizes this simple, seamless shoe. The model impresses with its rustic and natural appearance, as well as because it is made with a torn edge and no lining. The very soft suede upper material also provides a natural design that adapts to the foot like a second skin.

Upper material: Suede
Suede is a “rough leather” with a sanded and scraped surface. Suede has a soft and velvety surface that provides a very pleasant sensation in contact with the skin. In addition, it has a great capacity for moisture absorption. Natural suede is softer and more flexible than smooth leather and does not have the same stability. Furthermore, its stability changes depending on each person's skin. This is not a material or manufacturing defect.
