Welcome to the updated edition of Frederik Bille Brahe's first sold-out cookbook, All the Stuff We Cooked, born out of that strange moment when we all knew what it was like to be locked up for the first time. From the confines of our respective homes, we came up with the idea of publishing this book with the same spirit of simplicity and integrity that we find in Frederik's kitchen, and from there we tried to invite Japanese artist Masanao Hirayama to add his simple lines. next to the photos of Frederik.
The result was All the Stuff We Cooked: 44 simple but well thought-out recipes for dishes, a sampling of his internationally renowned restaurants in Copenhagen (Atelier September, Apollo Bar and Kafeteria) and the cooking he makes at home for his family. The response from everyone who bought the book and cooked with it was deeply moving, and for this new edition we have added five more recipes: 'some of the things we cook that didn't make it to the first edition', or the proverbial cherry on the upper part.
