How to take your measurements:

• Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, making sure the tape measure is level.

• Waist: Wrap the tape around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your belly button.

• Hip: Measure around the widest part of your hips.

• Shoulders: Place the tape from one end of your shoulder to the other, following the line of your back.
