Popeye's June 2025 issue, "Be an Adult," focuses especially on aging gracefully. As the Popeye team wisely points out in this month's editor's letter, even though most of us still feel like children, we should probably "know the rules" so we can "start slowly climbing the stairs to adulthood."
Practical is the key word here, so expect densely packed guides on stylish work and formal wear, dinner etiquette, selecting the perfect personal fragrance, plus plenty more helpful tips for stylish adulting.
According to the editors:
Popeye Magazine is the "city boy's magazine." The founders wrote this phrase on the magazine's cover when it debuted in 1976. What is a "city boy"? The term doesn't appear in the dictionary, and no group of experts could define it. So we thought we should explore all aspects of what a "city boy" might be. After decades of debate, it remains a topic of lively discussion. It can be a style or a way of thinking. To get a sense of what a city boy is, read Popeye Magazine.
