OT (Organic Traced) leather comes from certified 100% organic farms in Uruguay, a country known for its animal husbandry culture and leather quality. It is the softest and finest of our leathers from bovines. This type of leather undergoes a mechanical beating process that makes it thin and flexible. Tanned in Brazil with less dyes than our conventional bovine leather. VEJA uses conventional colorants that comply with regulations. Special attention is paid to water during the tanning process.
The suede is made from the underside of cowhide previously brushed to make it softer and more flexible. It comes from farms in southern Brazil (Rio Grande do Sul). It is tanned in Brazil, respecting REACH standards. Special attention is paid to the use of water during the chamois tanning process. The suede is also coated with PFC-free (chemical compound) water-repellent oils to protect the shoes from light rain.

The use of a washing machine is not recommended, as it can alter the properties of the different materials.
Before using them for the first time, it is advisable to waterproof the shoes with a spray adapted to the material and repeat this operation periodically.
MAINLINE
Canvas models: the canvas can be brushed with cold water and Marseille soap.
Leather models: keep the leather of your shoes smooth with a damp cloth and periodically with a specific spray or cream. Suede inserts can be maintained with dry brushing.
CWL models: maintain the CWL of your shoes with a damp cloth and Marseille soap
